VEGAN CHOCOLATE MUFFINS The way you love them !

Ingredients :
2batchesflax egg(2 Tbsp (14 g) flaxseed meal + 5 Tbsp (75 ml) water as original recipe is written)185gapplesauce60mlagave syrup63gcane sugar1 1/2tspbaking soda1tspbaking powder1/4tspsea salt60ml sunflower oil60ml soy milk 48gsweetened cocoa powder 180g wheat flour

Instructions :  Prepare flax eggs in a large mixing bowl and let rest for 5 minutes. Add applesauce, agave syrup, sugar and whisk again. Then stir in the oil and soy milk and whisk to combine.
